  • Investors and traders over subscribed to all new IPOS and right issues recently.

Even this IPO will oversubscribe due to demand form new traders, investors, speculators etc.

Future earnings are more important than past. We have to do thorough study on this company before we subscribe to their IPO.

Do you know their business very well?

If I can understand their business very well and if I can see any potential I will definitely subscribe to it. Otherwise, I will go for better stocks in the secondary market. In addition, I will look for share value as well.

Because it is a tea related company when tea market is doing well they will definitely benefit lot.

Offer price Rs.2/- will attract many small investors as well

  • We have to keep eye on some attractive secondary stocks as well.

I feel stocks such as #BALA, #BFL and #ATL will appreciate rapidly in the near future.

Both #BALA and #BFL will appreciate rapidly due to great value, prospects, fundamental and technical reasons. If momentum traders identify these stocks, there will be strong rally in these two stocks.

In the meantime, we can expect some upside potential in selected blue chips including #NDB and #DFCC.
